Spiritual Guidance for Awakening to the Living Intelligence Within
For those who sense there is more to life than survival, struggle, and the endless noise of the conditioned mind.
There comes a point in life when the old ways of seeing no longer work.
You may have achieved success, accumulated knowledge, explored spiritual teachings, read countless books, attended workshops, and yet still feel that something essential is missing.
Perhaps there is a persistent uneasiness beneath the surface.
Perhaps you feel disconnected from your deeper purpose.
Perhaps you sense that life could be richer, more alive, more meaningful than the version you are currently experiencing.
Or perhaps you have touched moments of extraordinary beauty, creativity, love, presence, or wonder and long to understand how to live from that place more consistently.

What Is Aliveness?
Most people have been taught to live through a conditioned identity—a collection of thoughts, beliefs, fears, memories, roles, and assumptions that we mistakenly take to be who we are.
This conditioned mind often creates a background hum of anxiety, striving, dissatisfaction, and separation.
Yet beneath this activity lies something profoundly different.
A deeper intelligence.
A living presence.
A natural wisdom.
A radiant, highly creative aliveness that is already expressing itself through every moment of your life. And yet for most of us, this astonishing aliveness is covered over by an endless stream of thoughts and emotions.
The purpose of these sessions is not to give you another philosophy or belief system.
It is to help you recognise and align with this deeper radiant intelligence so that life can be lived with greater clarity, creativity, vitality, freedom, and joy.
The shift is more like seeing, or more accurately awakening to the fact that there is a very different human operating system - something beautiful and incredibly alive - available to you.
Who These Sessions Are For
The Aliveness Sessions are for people who:

- Experience ongoing anxiety, fear, uncertainty, or inner conflict.

Many people drawn to this work are artists, writers, musicians, entrepreneurs, healers, visionaries, and seekers, but no special background is required.
Only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
What We Explore Together
Every session is unique.
Rather than following a rigid structure, we begin with where you are and explore what life is revealing through your current experience.
Together we may explore:

- Anxiety, fear, and emotional suffering
- Creativity and authentic self-expression
- Purpose and meaningful work

The emphasis is always on direct seeing rather than adopting new beliefs. When you directly experience this, there is no need to study it or try to fathom it out.
My Approach
For over thirty years I have explored consciousness, shamanism, self-enquiry, creativity, visionary traditions, mystery school teachings, personal transformation, and the deeper mysteries of human experience.
Alongside this exploration, I have worked internationally as an artist, art director, author, designer, teacher, and creator of transformational learning experiences.
My work is not based on dogma, ideology, or fixed spiritual systems.
Instead, it is rooted in direct experience and a deep recognition that beneath the noise of the conditioned mind there exists a living intelligence that is already guiding each of us.
These sessions are an invitation to reconnect with that intelligence.

Sessions last approximately 90mins and are conducted online.
